位职责：

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for execution of project and program goals. Drive all aspects of the Software Product Development Life Cycle from concept to delivery.

2. Provides direction and oversight in regards to the resource, scheduling and tracking of all projects.

3. Establishes and manages customer relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

4. Collaborates with Business Development Team to expand on existing business from current customer and develop new business opportunities from new customers.

5. Champions GDC SW engineering processes.

6. Conducts the software product presentations, and develop relationships with internal and external customers.

任职资格：

Requirements:

1.Graduate/Post graduate in Engineering / Science with around 16+ years of experience (6 years’ experience in system implementation and10+ years’ experience in various roles in Project and People Management).

2. Well networked internally and externally in the industry

3. Proven relationship management skills

4. Sets high standards and delivers high quality work. Is seen as a role model

5. Anticipates the need of the customer organization.

6. Knowledge and experience of budget management.

7. Prefer working experience from consulting service arears

8. Has experience on delivering projects in China (要有国内项目的交付经验，国内项目含在中国有office 的MNC)
