Welding process engineer: 1. 职务概述POSITION SUMMARY Analyses product field performance and identifies opportunities to increases product value and manufacturing effectiveness through design and process changes. Develops to improve manufacturing processes, work instruction & products, Process improvement. 产品生产导入，制定工作指导书 和产品工艺流程。通过工艺设计,保证产品质量，提高产品生产制造效率。拓展和改进制造工艺，减低生产成本。负责焊接质量体系维护，焊接生产相关文件的编制审定和焊工管理。 2. 职责RESPONSIBILITIES Review the project, know well about all the contents; 熟悉项目合同各项内容及条款（焊接质量相关条款）； Preparing all the documents, and write all kinds of report; 编写各种文件及报告（焊接相关）； Be responsible for the welder qualification and welding process qualification; 负责焊工评定及焊接工艺评定； Design the fixtures and tools; 设计工装夹具； Work out the manufacture process;编制工艺，操作指导书； Lead, train and support the welding operators;组织培训考核焊工，并进行技术支持； Welding equipment introduce and new process creation.焊接相关新工艺新设备引进 Quality control on each process and do NDT inspections;各工艺流程的质量控制，无损检测； Cost control;成本控制； Fulfill the target the supervisor established. 完成主管设定的目标任务 1. 知识及技能KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 》Education Required- Bachelor degree in Welding technology or above, min. three-five years Main Tasks and Responsibilities 专科及以上学历,焊接技术专业 至少3-5年以上工作经验 》 Professional Experience Required- Have knowledge and experience at welding field in China; IWE certificate/具备国内焊接领域相关知识和经历;持国际焊接工程师资格证 》 Hard Skills Required- Experience of Stick, MAG, TIG（arc Welding） method, and can use these different Welding methods for different material, for example carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum etc/ 具电焊，MAG, TIG（弧焊）焊接实际应用经验,能够针对不同材料,如碳钢,不锈钢等,使用不同焊接方法;具备工艺开发能力。 》Basic knowledge of international quality requirement standard, material standard, welding standard. Such as ISO3834,EN287,ISO15607~15614 etc/熟悉欧洲质量要求标准,材料标准,焊接标准的基本知识,如ISO3834,EN287,ISO15607~15614等; 》Experience of steel structure manufacture/对钢结构制造有一定了解. 》 PC Requirements: Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/计算机要求:熟悉Office, AutoCAD 》Good ability to read, write, and speak English/良好的英文读写说能力. 》 Have knowledge on material coating and painting is a plus. 具有喷涂喷漆知识或经验的优先。 语言Language: · Chinese and English, French is a plus · 中文，英文，(法文更好) 交流沟通Communication / interpersonal: · Train, direct, and motivate personnel to produce the highest quality parts and products · 培训，指导和激励职员生产高质量水准的产品和部件。 · Good communicate with his peers, subordinates and hierarchy · 与上级，同级和下级保持好沟通交流 |
