    1、Know about clients’ needs
    Communicate with the client to introduce HUNTERS and know about his specific need for his position and then politely ask him to fill out the “Description for the Position” provided by HUNTERS, which covers the background information about his company, and confirm the information with the client

    2、Position Analysis
    According to the information of the entrusted position by client, we deeply analyze the distribution of every position and the possibility of searching and contacting, and then reach an agreement with client.

    3、Project Evaluation
    In the stage of getting a new project, HUNTERS will conduct an impartial evaluation of the practicability and success rate of the search before deciding whether to accept client’s entrustment. Only when HUNTERS has confidence that the project can be finally accomplished will HUNTERS accept the entrustment of the project.

    4、Signing Contract and Commission
    According to the analysis result of the searched position, both sides together discuss and sign the “HUNTERS Executive Search Entrusting Agreement”. After signing the contract, the consigner pays the enough earnest to HUNTERS in the stated period.

    5、Searching and Contacting
    HUNTERS has its strict and normative internal project procedure. According to the requirement of client, HUNTERS searches and selects the appropriate candidates through effective ways.

    6、Initial Test and Integrated Evaluation
    HUNTERS arranges the candidates selected for the initial interview, conducts the pertinent and integrated test for the candidates passing the initial interview and make certain whether to make formal recommendations to the client according to the initial result.

    7、Recommendation and Retrial
    HUNTERS assists the client to conduct the retrial and review. Often HUNTERS will make the arrangement to review the process together with the client according to the feedback on the previous interviews in order to get a more precise understanding of the position.

    8、Reference Check
    We deeply investigate and confirm the background of key candidates. We guarantee that every candidate makes it through our confirmation of their real background before recommended to our client.

    9、Recruiting
    The candidates recommended by HUNTERS are reviewed by the client. If he passes, HUNTERS assists the both sides to conduct the formal recruiting procedure on the premise that the candidates finish the various procedures with the former company.

    10、Balance and Follow-up Service
    In 5 working days after the talents recommended by HUNTERS register in the client company, the client should pay off the remaining sum. After that, HUNTERS conducts the follow-up customer service, evaluate and track the talent when he works in the new company.
